I've had to do this a few times and I forgot the steps each time, so I finally decided to write it all down.
Some of the points are probably no longer quite as valid. The introduction of `pledge` and `smptd`, for example, are clear responses to arguments presented herein talking about things like the old use of `sendmail` in OpenBSD.
Nonethless, I found it an interesting read.
