Probably the biggest news here is the inclusion of Emoji, some of Wingdings, and a symbol for the Russian Ruble. Rest of the changes are to obscure or historic scripts. The [delta code charts](http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/Unicode-7.0/) have the particulars.
