I'm posting here due to its interesting use of Intel SGX.
Using private set intersection and advances in Cuckoo filters to enable privacy-preserving contact discovery for applications such as Signal messenger, with security against malicious clients and semi-honest servers.

I'be been using StartPage as my search engine for a couple of years now, and I notice they now have an email service "StartMail".
